Account to Account Transfer Service Instructions

-THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF $250.00 ON ALL TRANSFERS. HOWEVER, THE NUMBER OF TRANSACTIONS IS UNLIMITED.-TRANSACTIONS TAKE 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS TO COMPLETE

-A2A TRANSFERS MUST BE BETWEEN ACCOUNTS WITH THE SAME OWNER.

-YOU CAN ALSO TRANSFER FUNDS BETWEEN OCTFCU ACCOUNTS.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Log into your Virtual Branch Account. (Online Banking Account)

2. Click on the "Online Banking" Tab (The default tab is an Overview of your accounts.)

3. Click on Account to Account Transfer

4. Click on Manage Accounts

5. Click on Add New Account

From there you be prompted through the short process of adding the financial institution you wish to freely transfer funds to and from your OCTFCU account.
