LOANLINER® TRUTH IN LENDING DISCLOSURES
The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) will be the dividend rate being paid on the certificate offered as security (Index) plus a margin of 3%. The certificate must be renewed until the advance is completely repaid. Failure to renew the certificate will result in default under the Plan. When the certificate is renewed the APR will change to reflect the new dividend rate. Any increase or decrease in the APR will result in more or fewer payments of the same amount until what you owe has been repaid. The APR and daily periodic rate will be disclosed on the advance request voucher accompanying the advance.
MINIMUM PAYMENT: The amount and due date of your payment will be established at the time of each advance. Your minimum monthly payment will never be less than $35.00.
LATE CHARGE: The greater of 5% of the payment or $15 if the payment is Ten (10) or more days past due.
COLLECTION COSTS: You promise to pay all costs of collecting the amount you owe under this agreement including court costs and reasonable attorney fees.

*The annual percentage rate is based on the value of an index. The index is the Prime Rate published in the Money Rates column of the Wall Street Journal. When a range of rates has been published the highest rate will be used. To determine the annual percentage rate that will apply to your account, we will round up to the nearest .125% if rate is not already rounded. Your Annual Percentage Rate Is based on your credit worthiness, loan to value, method of payment and size of loan. Please ask a loan officer for details regarding how your rate was determined. |
