FREE TouchBanking App for iPhone, Android and Blackberry

After downloading the TouchBanking App, it is very similar to our current Virtual Branch service. Use the same log in credentials to make transfers, pay pills and monitor account activity with ease.

To use the app, you have to have your online banking already set up. If you aren't currently using online banking, give us a call and we'll get you set up!

How do I download the TouchBanking App?
1. Open the App Store/Google Play on your phone
2. Click on the search option
3. In the search field type Touch Banking and hit search
4. Find the matching logo and click download
5. After download is complete, click open
6. Read and accept the terms and conditions
7. Log in using your OCTFCU online banking credentials 
8. Enter AppCode “Okaloosa”
9. Enjoy your new App!

Is TouchBanking secure?
To ensure the safety and privacy of your account information, we incorporate multiple security features in TouchBanking:
All transactions are encrypted
You must authenticate every interaction with TouchBanking
No personal or financial information is stored on your phone.

Can I use TouchBanking on my tablet?
TouchBanking is currently available for smartphones only.

Why is the application asking permission to access my phone’s camera function?
In order to enable some of features available through TouchBanking, the application may need to access your camera for the Mobile Check Deposit feature.

I keep getting errors when I attempt to log into TouchBanking. What should I do?
If your financial institution requires security questions/answers, make sure that you have set these up in online banking. If you have set them up and are still having problems, refresh or reinstall the app:
For Android devices:
Go to the mobile banking section of your financial institution’s online banking site and get the App Code (My Devices > Add New Device).
On your device, open Settings > Apps. (The menu name might be different depending on your device.)
From the list of applications, tap TouchBanking.
Tap Clear data to remove all registration information.
Run TouchBanking and re-register your application.
For iPhone devices:
Go to the mobile banking section of your financial institution’s online banking site and get the App Code (My Devices > Add New Device).
On your device, uninstall TouchBanking.
Re-download TouchBanking from the App Store.
Run TouchBanking and re-register your application.
